St. Clement’s College ‘on mission’!

St. Clement’s College is embarking on a special mission with the Redemptorists to help students “see the bigger picture”.

The school is taking part in a week long mission with the order, whose history is intertwined with that of the Redemptorist-run St Clement’s.

All 450 students in the school are taking part in the retreat, the first time in Ireland that a school will partake in a full mission for a week.

Come and See Weekend September 27th – 29th.

A vocations weekend is a no-strings attached chance to spend time learning about the life of the Redemptorists in Ireland. We invite men reflecting upon their vocation to come and talk with our students and other Redemptorists whilst they listen to God’s call for their lives.

The next Vocation Weekend: 27-29 September 2013. Reserve your space by contacting Fr. Tony Rice,  Director of Vocations at vocations@redemptorists.ie,  or Fr. Derek Ryan at derek.ryan@redemptorists.ie. Or you can make contact by visiting the Redemptorists Vocations website at www.redsvocations.ie.

Eucharistic Adoration

As part of the celebration of the Feast of Corpus Christi, and as part of the Celebration of the Year of Faith, Pope Francis has requested that the faithful might join in in an hour of prayer before the Blessed Sacrament this Sunday, June 2nd.

So at the same time as Pope Francis is doing that in St. Peter’s in Rome, we will have an hour of Exposition, ending with Benediction, from 4pm to 5pm, here at Mount St. Alphonsus this Sunday, June 2nd.  All are welcome to join us for all, or part of, that hour.
